Kicking the Habit

Hi Everyone,
today was the Day. I’m sure you’re all wondering what I’m talking about.
Well, my 2 year old son has the habit of drinking a warm bottle of Grits every night in bed.
But Lately I have seen his teeth getting a little bad so my husband and me decided to stop letting him take Grits to bed with him. So tonight I gave him his grits before he went to bed so I could brush his teeth before Bed time. Sure enough he drank his grits and everything seemed fine. We went to brush his teeth and then we went to his room to put him to bed. That’s when he realized he didn’t have his grits so he started crying and asking for it.So, I put him to bed and told him I love him and then left his room. He kept screaming for 5 more minutes that he wanted his grits and then he fell asleep. That was a Sigh of Relieve. I really thought it would be worse than that. But hey, the Night is not over yet. Everybody wish me luck!

It’s been a little lonely here the last 2 nights cause my Husband is staying with his parents.
Why? Because we save money on gas that way when he goes to work. We really don’t have any money right now. It really sucks. We don’t really have anyone to ask to help us out either. So, it’s been a little hard this week but it’ll pass. I wish I had a job. It’s just not that easy where we live and to have a 2 year old certainly doesn’t help either. Maybe one of you knows know Data entry job or something like that for me. Please Contact me!

Help Save Darfur

Hi everybody,

I decided to use my Blog to help raise Awareness about the Genocide in Darfur. I wish more people would do this. Did you know that during June 2005 mayor News Stations ran 50 times as many Stories about Michael Jackson than they did about the Crisis in Darfur? Did you know that Tom cruise was worth more than 12 times as many Stories than the ones about Darfur? Doesn’t that make you wonder in what World we live in? It makes me wonder how come we live in a world that seems to care more what some Creepy Celebrities like Michael Jackson and Tom Cruise do and say? Why don’t we care more about the over 400.000 people who got killed? Amongst them Kids… It makes my Heart Weep that we Allow such a Horrible thing. Go here if you feel like me and wanna help! I wanna thank everyone in advance! Let’s all Join together!
